Return Policy

I hope you are OBSESSED with your purchase from The Obcessory.

If you aren't, you are eligible for a return for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 10 days of purchase.

 

To make a return, please email HEYOBCESSORY@YAHOO.COM with subject RETURN. In the email please include, date of purchase, order number, item(s) you are returning & reason, once this is authorized you may send your item back at your expense.

Only damaged items are eligible for a refund and must be reported within 3 days of receiving. Email HEYOBCESSORY@YAHOO.COM with a subject line of DAMAGE. Please include order number, item(s) damaged, how it is damaged and a picture of the item. Once this is authorized you will receive a return label to send the item(s) back. 

 

Items must be in original condition, with original packaging and must show no signs of wear or damage. Failure to follow these return instructions will be refused and sent back to the customer.

 

Earrings and any items on sale are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.


The Obcessory has the right to refuse any return.

Shipping/Handling is non-refundable.

The Obcessory will pay for shipping for damaged items, however, returns for any other reason will be at the customer's expense.

 

Shipping Policy

At this time all U.S. orders over $50 ship FREE via USPS. (Only available within the United States) 

If you choose any other form of shipping other than FREE SHIPPING at checkout, you as the customer will be responsible for shipping costs. 

All orders placed at The Obcessory will ship within 1-2 days in which the order is placed; pending payment verification. Please note that sometimes shipping an order out may take longer due to high demand but will be noted when order is placed. 

The Obcessory ships Monday - Friday excluding holidays.

The Obcessory is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once packages are shipped, they are out of our control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: At this time international shipping has been paused, except to Canada, due to many not receiving packages, not receiving packages on time and many sent back to us. We hope to get this issue resolved soon and open to shipping internationally again!
