HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
We hope you are obcessed with your purchase, but if for some reason you are not and you made a purchase from 11.28.25-12.24.25, you have until January 10, 2026 to return in store or submit a return request online.
ELIGIBLE ITEMS : Full price items with tags attached, in original, unworn condition & accompanied by a receipt for an in store return.
NON-ELIGIBLE ITMES : These items cannot be returned or exchanged
Sale items (usually ending in .99, items), items marked as final sale in description, earrings, hats, intimates, bodysuits, worn items and seasonal items. Items outside of the 10 day return window also cannot be returned/exchanged.
The Obcessory is not responsible for accepting or replacing items that were damaged while or after wearing or washing.
Returns will be refunded in the original form of payment or store credit to put towards a future order
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:
✦ Sign into your account & choose the order you are returning items for, there you will see a return request.
✦ Follow the steps once and submit your return
✦ Once we receive your request, we will review it and you will receive further instructions in your email.
At this time, we do not offer free returns, but we will send you a pre-paid return label that you will use to send your return back with. This cost of return shipping is $9.95 and will be deducted from your refund

✦ Once we approve your return, we will send out a label to you via email.
