Free Shipping is valid on any order within the contiguous United States and for ground shipping only. To take advantage of free shipping, choose the option at checkout. It is not valid for any other options or expedited options, if any other shipping option is chosen, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.
All orders will process & ship within 1-2 business days in which the order is placed - pending payment verification - excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping is currently calculated by weight.
We ship using various options for you from USPS and UPS.

Choose in store pick up at check out and you will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: .
Once packages are shipped, unfortunately, it is out of our control.
If marked as delivered we will help try to figure out what is going on with your package, but we also encourage you to contact your local post office as well.
We do not issue refunds/replacements for items at this time, but we will open a case to help find what is going on to resolve the situation.
If you are concerned about this happening to your package or it being lost or stolen, we recommend that you consider purchasing insurance for your package to help resolve issues quicker. You can do this by leaving a note at checkout or emailing us before your item is shipped so we can add it on to your purchase and adjust the amount you owe.
Unfortunately insurance cannot be purchased if your order has shipped.
At this time we ship to the following countries: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands and United Kingdom
The Obcessory does not assume responsibility for customs or import taxes. If a package is refused for reason of no customs payment, the customer is responsible for reaching out and attempt to have it delivered again.
