RETURN POLICY

I hope you are OBSESSED with your new pieces! If you aren't, you are eligible for a return within 10 days of receiving your order. 

Returns can only be refunded in the form of the original payment or store credit to put towards a future order. 
All sale items and earrings are final sale. NO EXCEPTIONS - Sale items are marked ending in .99 (ie. an item marked down to $12.99)
Items must be in original condition, with original packaging and must show no signs of wear or damage.
The Obcessory has the right to refuse any return.
Shipping/Handling is non-refundable.
 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer free returns, but we can send you pre-paid label for you to use, which the amount will be deducted from your return OR you can return via any service that is most convenient for you.

✦ Include in the email: your order #, the item(s) you would like to return and reason you are returning.
✦ Once we confirm your return, you may send your order back to us within 14 days.
IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED/BROKEN
Contact HeyObcessory@yahoo.com to start the authorization process.
Please make the subject of your email Damage
Include the following in your email:
✦ Order #
✦ Item(s) damaged
✦ How it is damaged & a picture of the item
✦ Once we approve your return, we will send out a label to you via email.

    Please allow 2- 3 days for your return to be processed once we receive it (excluding weekends). Once your return is processed, it may also take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect your account.
